FAMILY STYLE DINING

To enjoy our family-style dining, each guest selects their entrée and sides as usual, and we'll serve everyone's choices together on a large shared plate. Just let the waitress know. Family-style service is available with 2+ entrees.

Traditionally in Ethiopia, we dine using our primary hand and wash our hands before and after the meal, while restraining from licking fingers. That being said, please make yourselves at home! This is a no-judgment zone :) We still offer silverware, extra napkins, and side plates for your dining comfort.

In East African cultures, including Ethiopia, sharing meals on a communal plate is a daily practice that embodies community, hospitality, and equality. It symbolizes unity and togetherness, fosters social connections, and celebrates cultural identity.
